Chef Daniels is a Johnson and Wales graduate who is passionate about bringing gourmet international street food to the Charlotte food truck scene. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Chef Daniels has worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. He has been featured on Good Morning Charlotte, worked in management positions at Olive Garden and Marriot restaurants, and has also been a member of a task force team focused on opening new restaurants around the US. Chef Daniels also believes in supporting local farmers and local small businesses. Chef Daniels owns the business with his fiancé, Brooke.
Brooke is a Rock Hill, SC native and is a Managing Partner at Street Spice. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and German from Winthrop University and an Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Brooke is dedicated to supporting Chef Daniels' culinary vision and is excited about the opportunity to connect with the Charlotte community.
